If you have a physical storefront with a fixed lease or an online boutique, simply complete our registration form with your details. We will then check label availability in your area and advise you of the outcome of your application. If your application is successful, you will be set up in our online system, ready for ordering.

Whilst most brands we supply are to Victoria, Tasmania, South Australia, and New Zealand, there are some brands which we supply nationally.

Yes, online stores are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.“Online only” retailers must have an established, fully operational store with an active shopping cart and checkout. Selling products via Facebook groups is not permitted.

No, we do not supply products to market stalls.However, we will consider your application if you are located at a permanent market and have a fixed lease in place.

Generally, we do not supply pop-up stores. However, we will consider your application if you are an existing stockist and wish to open a pop-up as an extension of your primary store. Determining factors include whether there are existing stockists in and around the pop-up location. Please contact us via email before taking any brands to your pop-up location.

No, we do not offer a drop shipping service.

Yes, for indent labels, exclusivity will be granted. For stock service labels, we do not offer full exclusivity due to the wide selection of stock available. However, we do try to limit the number of stores in an area. Full exclusivity may be granted on a case-by-case basis, with determining factors including annual spend (per brand).

Yes, each brand has its own minimum order value. Please email us for more information.

Subculture Agency does not provide stock on account. Account terms may be offered by individual suppliers; however, not all suppliers provide accounts.

Stock Service labels are generally dispatched within 24–48 hours of cleared payment. Delivery dates for indent labels are brand-specific and determined by the manufacturer. ETAs will be provided where possible at the time of ordering.

Subculture Agency represents brands that offer both stock available for immediate delivery and products that are made to order seasonally.

Made to Order (Indent Order)

  • Referred to as an indent order
  • Brands have specific “open and close to buy” dates
  • Selections must be made within advised selling periods
  • Indent selling times:
    Summer indent: February
    Winter indent: August


  • Stock is made to order and shipped approximately 6–12 months later
  • Re-ordering is generally not possible, though available stock may be checked during the season

  • Stock available for immediate delivery year-round

While we may collect payment information, we do not process payments through our website. Payment details are passed on and processed directly by each brand or supplier. We do not accept payments on behalf of brands or suppliers.

Most manufacturers have strict return timeframes. Please contact us via email before returning any garments. We recommend familiarising yourself with our returns policy via our returns page.
